Descripiton of accommodation

The accommodation is quiet despite the very central location. The rooms impress among other things by the large windows, which result in a pleasant, bright room climate.

It is an old building, which in combination with the furnishing offers a special flair.
The apartment has a living-bedroom, a kitchen-cum-living room including a large dining table, bathroom with bathtub + shower wall and as a highlight there is a nice terrace, which can be accessed from the kitchen. This leads into the inner courtyard and is therefore a relaxing place to end the day.

The living-sleeping area is very spacious and optically separated by an arch. The large walk-in wardrobe provides for sufficient storage space, which also contains enough room for vacuum cleaners & Co.

The private washing machine is located on the ground floor and is only available to short-term tenants of this apartment.
There is only one other party in the whole house.

All in all short term living at it's best!

You are located just in front of the gates of the old town.

The district of Riedenburg, like the entire city of Salzburg, is considered very safe. You will find bus lines directly in front of the door and at the very nearby Herbert-von-Karajan Platz or Ferdinannd-Hanusch Platz you will find almost all bus lines that Salzburg has to offer. Due to the very central location, the sights, top restaurants (Riedenburg, Osteria Cavalli, Blaue Gans, ...) are practically at your feet.

You can also reach the Salzburg Festival Theatre in a few minutes on foot, so this apartment is perfectly suited for employees and artists of the Salzburg Festival.

With this location a car is absolutely not necessary, but if you arrive by car you can reach the motorway ramps Mitte and airport in about 10 minutes.

All in all, no wishes remain open concerning infrastructure!
