Our stylish apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Please note that for a group of 3 guests, one person will sleep on a very comfortable sofa bed in the living area. We have designed the space with care and hope you enjoy the aesthetics as much as a wonderful stay in Vienna.

Guest access:
You have exclusive access to the entire apartment as well as the quiet inner courtyard – a rare green oasis where you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet right in the heart of Vienna.
(To maintain harmony in the neighborhood, we kindly ask for quiet in the courtyard after 10:00 PM.)

Other notes:
The apartment is exceptionally well-connected to public transport – just a few steps from the "Thaliastraße" subway station, with quick connections throughout the city.
