It is located in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building on the 3rd floor (plus mezzanine and raised ground floor = 5th floor!). The apartment can be oriented as very bright.

The train station "Wien Mitte Landstrasse" can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. It is located on Vienna's main S-Bahn line and serves the U3 and U4 underground lines. There are also stops for tram line O and bus line 74A here.
The departure of the CAT (City Airport Train) at the station, which takes you directly to Vienna Airport in 16 minutes, is particularly noteworthy.
