The separate sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a small desk, making it a practical choice for those who need to work from home. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the apartment comes with its own private entrance and a generously sized hallway. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and espresso machine – a fridge-filling service is available on request.

Day-to-day living is well covered: a private washing machine, bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all cleaning supplies are provided. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap and toilet paper complete the package. A bicycle room is available free of charge, and regular cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Pets are welcome on request.
