House rules

The apartment is a privately owned, lovingly maintained condominium. Therefore, we place great importance on considerate guests and a peaceful atmosphere. This is not a party venue.

The apartment is only rented out occasionally: consequently, one room is not accessible, and some closets are locked. All rooms shown in the photos are available for the personal use of guests. The owner may occasionally make a brief visit after prior arrangement.

Further information

Access is via the elevator, which goes to the 4th floor. From there, it's one more flight of stairs to the top floor.

Interaction with guests

Your host, Christoph, personally handles check-in, explains the apartment's features and functions, and is happy to offer tips for exploring Vienna.

He speaks German, English, French, and some Italian.

Upon request: Airport or train station pick-up service.

Christoph also teaches German as a foreign language and offers guided walking tours of Vienna.
