House rules

There is a very nice community in the Grünblick Tower and in order to guarantee a good coexistence, we ask you to refrain from disturbing activities such as parties in the apartment. Furthermore, we ask our tenants to treat the apartment furnishings with respect and care - which also includes entering the apartment without shoes (to protect the beautiful wooden floor in the long term). There is also a strict ban on smoking in the apartment / the apartments are all equipped with smoke detectors and smoking would trigger the house alarm! No pets are allowed in the apartment.
