Descripiton of accommodation

The "MAX" studio used to be my student apartment. It has now been completely renovated and offers a pleasant living environment.
There is a park opposite the window front. The view is always of the greenery and the apartment is very bright!
The small kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is a box spring bed. The towels and head cushions are suitable for allergy sufferers.

There is a large supermarket (Billa) right around two corners. In the area there is also a Turkish supermarket, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a dry cleaner, a florist, as well as some good restaurants and fast food outlets. Additionally, the Volkertmarkt is nearby, where fresh groceries can be purchased or just enjoy a local cafe and people watching.
There are different public transport options in the area:
Praterstern (9min) U1, U2, tram 0, 71, and bus 80a, 82a
Vorgartenstrasse (6min) U1
Prater Trade Fair (5min) U2
It's also not far for sports and relaxation. In front of the door is the Vienna Prater (7 minutes), which is ideal for strolling, jogging or cycling.
Then there is also the Danube Island (16 minutes on foot, 1 public subway station) in the area, which is suitable for swimming or other sporting activities.

House rules

Behavior: Please behave as you would like others to behave! Please no loud music after 10 p.m.
The ironing board and iron are outside the apartment!
They are placed in the anteroom near the window. Please deposit it again in the same way.

- The bed linen (blanket and pillow) are suitable for allergy sufferers -
- First aid kit: located in the bathroom of Max's apartment.
- The ironing board and iron are outside the apartment! She
are placed in the anteroom near the window!
- The washing machine is also outside the apartment!
This is located in the entrance, which is shared with the neighboring apartment. Please keep this room clean!
- The studio has a box spring bed 160x200
- The kitchen is fully equipped! There is also a kettle and
a Nespresso machine, and a microwave available!
- In the apartment there are: cleaning products for the dishes, tabs for the
Dishwasher, garbage bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll,...
