With our apartment you benefit from an ideal location in Vienna's 2nd district with direct access to the Danube and marina. Directly in the building on the first floor is a supermarket, as well as a bakery and direct access to the subway U2 stop Donau Marina, which brings you in a few minutes to the historic center of Vienna. Directly in front of the building is a bus stop, as well as the stop of the Airport City Bus, which will take you in 15 minutes in the airport.
Practical are also the gym integrated in the building and the kindergarten. In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a paid parking for your car (5 EUR/24h).

House rules

We ask you to use slippers or socks in the apartment.
Guests and their visitors are obliged to keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents, especially during rest and sleeping hours, between half past one and half past three (12:30 - 14:30) and from ten in the evening to seven in the morning (22:00 - 7:00), as well as when arriving and leaving the house;
You may not exceed the number of people who are to live and sleep in the apartment, as indicated in the registration of the temporary lease.
Parties or gatherings with many people are strictly prohibited in the apartment, but for this there is the GUEST ROOM, which you can book in time.
All small gatherings must respect the rules already mentioned regarding noise, neighbourhood and visitors.
Guests and their visitors must take care of trash and recycling according to the instructions described below.
Do not leave trash in the hallway or on the balcony out of consideration for neighbours and because it may attract birds or other animals.
Young children are not allowed to use the elevator alone, they must always be accompanied by adults.
When guests leave, they are responsible for making sure windows and doors are securely closed to ensure safety and to prevent damage from rain, snow or high winds.
Guests should turn off lights, heaters, fans and electronic devices when not needed to conserve energy for our environment.
It is prohibited to light candles or play with fire elements that could pose a hazard.
Guests must supervise infants or children when using the balconies.
The special conditions of use for covered outdoor areas are as follows:
Whenever possible, hung clothing should not be visible to neighbours or passers-by. Barbecues, grills, barbecues, barbecues, barbecues are PROHIBITED.
Please do not place dining chairs on the balcony so as not to damage the legs or material of the chairs.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment.
