The apartment is located in a quiet area of a new building.
The apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: two double beds (1x king size and 1x queen size), large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, small wardrobe.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable living area (including sleeping function), coffee table, smart TV with cable channels (IPTV, NETFLIX etc.), board games, puzzles, playing cards etc. The living room has a glazed loggia with a small seating area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. Dishwashing liquid, washing machine tabs, sponge, dishcloth, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, sugar cubes and a filled coffee tank with coffee beans per stay are available.
The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and guests are provided with towels, bath towels and hygiene items (shower gel, shampoo, cotton pads).
Cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, drying rack are available for guests.
Hand sanitizer and first aid box are available on site.
Internet with fast WLAN in the whole apartment is available. There are sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house.
