This charming apartment is located in the Solar City, which is one of the most beautiful areas in Linz.
Here you will be situated right between the vivid city center of Linz and quiet oases such as the Weikerlsee, which you can reach in about 12 minutes on foot.

At the Lunaplatz, which is the center of Solar City and reachable in 10 minutes, you can find various shops, bars, restaurants and a bakery.

The apartmen is 35 square metres big and contains two beds (seperated although they can be put closer together if necessary), a dining and working area, a bathroom and toilet, a kitchen as well as a balcony.
The main utensiles (e.g. cutlary, plates, glasses etc.) as well as electronic appliances such as an oven and a stove, a coffee machine and a water boiler are included in the kitchen.

The initial equipment such as toilet paper, coffee and tee for the first couple of days will be provided by us upon your arrival.

Infrastructure

The apartment is 10 minutes away by car from the Highway A1 and 3 minutes within walking distance from the railway station "Hauptbahnhof Ebelsberg". There you can find the bus numbers 11/19, the
tram number 2 (headed towards the station "Universität") which bring you both to the city center.
The fastest route to the city center, however, is by taking the train (S-Bahn), which drives you to the station "Linz Hauptbahnhof" in 7 minutes.
