Creaking oak floorboards bear witness to the 90-year history of the house and exude charm. You can still look forward to comfort and modern design, as great attention was paid to the choice of materials and furniture.

The personal highlight of this apartment is the reading bench right by the window with a French balcony and a view of two beautiful buildings opposite. This is the perfect place to read a book or watch the hustle and bustle of this pretty neighborhood. The apartment has been furnished in such a way that I and my family would also enjoy living in it.

I do not aim to be a host who imposes rules and regulations on his guests. However, I do expect my apartment to be treated with respect and care.
For example, anyone who lies on the bed or couch with their shoes on, or uses a knife on the countertop without a cutting board, has not yet attained a certain level of decency.

The other residents of this house would certainly appreciate being greeted with a friendly hello. It is greatly appreciated when consideration is given to quiet hours at night.
