It's located in Eggenberg, a beautiful and calm part of Graz, just a 10-minute commute away from the town center.

If you just want to sleep over, you will find enough space and comfort for 3 people in a king-sized bed and a couch.

The apartment offers:

- 1 giant modern walk-in closet with enough space for all your clothes and belongings
- 1 living room with a designer couch, big dining table and 65" flat screen TV and a powerful 5.1 Dolby Surround sound system for the best possible NETFLIX experience. (Please don't go too hard with the volume :) )
- 1 very modern separated bathroom with a rain shower and a separated restroom
- 1 recessed balcony (loggia) with a work desk and a shelf for books and other things. Electrical outside blinds are controllable via remote control for your privacy.
