Modern Vintage Terrace Apartment

Since I'm a big midcentury fan, I went wild with the interior. Except for the bed, dresser and wardrobe (all new), I furnished the flat with original midcentury treasures. The curtains come from a Venetian palazzo, the illuminated corner mirror from the villa of an opera singer, the wallpaper is a special edition from the 60s. If you have a sense for the unusual, you will feel at home here. The flat is very quiet, has underfloor heating, fast internet and a large balcony facing the courtyard. There is a large dry bicycle room in the basement. As the lift is large, you can comfortably cycle down.
There are fluffy towels, a coffee machine that makes excellent espresso, a modern washing machine, a rainforest shower in the bathroom and a modern, quiet fridge with several freezers for ice cream and pizza supplies.
The tram line 49 takes you to the parliament in 10 minutes, and the trendy Brunnenmarkt is a 5-minute walk away.
