Being situated overlooking the inner-courtyard of the building, the apartment is also very quiet, with its balcony overlooking the courtyard. For cyclists, the building also features a covered overnight bike storage.

Access to Vienna's historic centre is provided by the 59A bus, which stops only 100 metres away on Schonbrunner-strasse. It arrives at the Kärntnerring-Oper (Opera) just 6 minutes later. For U-Bahn access, Kettenbruckengasse and Pilgramgasse (U4) are also closeby.
For Airport access using public transport, the U4 easily connects from the nearby U-Bahn stations of Kettenbruckengasse and/or Pilgramgasse, which are only 5-minutes by foot, to Wien-Mitte Landstrasse. Wien-Mitte Landstrasse is the terminal of the CAT (City Airport Train), that provides connection to the Airport in just 16 minutes. Alternatively, door-to-door service via taxi can also be arranged for just EUR 28,00.
Direct access to the Hauptbahnhof is also very convenient with the 13A bus just a few minutes away in Pilgramgasse. The 13A Bus also provides easy and direct access to the Maria-Hilferstrasse shopping district.
