The apartment is located in a quiet residential building. Please respect the nighttime quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum.

Important: Real wood flooring!
The high-quality oak flooring must not be wet-mopped or left damp. Please only use a slightly damp cloth and wipe up any spills immediately. The floor is very sensitive to pressure marks and dents – please treat it with great care.

No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment – including the balcony and terrace.

No pets allowed
Pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Cleanliness and care
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Treat the furniture and equipment as if it were your own home.
