Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment impresses with its open room concept. After a lengthy and loving renovation, the apartment will be rented from June 2025.

The bathroom with blue tiles and gold fittings is a small oasis of well-being.
The open kitchen-living room with over 30 m2 invites you to linger together. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cater for yourself. The adjacent terrace is a nice place to end the day in the evening sun.
The double bedroom has windows onto a private road and the garden and is therefore quiet. In the living room there is the possibility of two additional sleeping spaces thanks to the pull-out couch. If required, a cot can be provided.

Since the landlords live in the same house with two small daughters, parties and a lot of noise in the evening are undesirable.

Public transport 3 minutes by foot away - takes 15 minutes to city center.

Spar and Billa supermarkets are a two-minute drive away. Hofer supermarket, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, and a bakery are three minutes away.

If you arrive by car, the apartment is about 7 minutes from the Salzburg Nord motorway exit. You can park your car directly in front of the terrace. Within the city of Salzburg you can easily reach everything by bus or bike. The bus station is about 3 minutes away on foot, and during the day the bus runs directly to the center every 10 minutes (duration 15 minutes). You can also reach the center in about 15 minutes by bike.
In the Samer Mösel local recreation area you will find peace and quiet, and there are a variety of beautiful paths for walking, running or cycling.
The Salzburg lakes are easily accessible, the nearest Lake Wallersee is about 20 minutes away by car.
Spar and Billa can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (2 by car), Hofer, pharmacy, tobacconist, gas station etc. are a minute further away by car. In the ZIB shopping center (5 minutes by car) you have a much larger selection.

House rules

Since the landlords live in the same house with 2 small daughters (1 and 3 years old), parties and loud noise are not permitted.
Please take off your shoes in the apartment - slippers are provided.
