- Apartment is located 300 meter above the city center with view over the whole city within two minutes of walking

- You can start hiking and biking on trails right in front of the house (multiple trails and alps like e.g. Umbruggler Alm and Höttinger Alm)

- Gondola to the ski slops and also highest peak of the city (Nordkette) within 5 minutes walking

- Bus station right in front of the house with very good and frequent connection to the city center (within 10 - 15 minutes until "Marktplatz")

- Personal car parking spot included in the garage within the building

- Street taking to the city is right in front of the house/balcony but traffic is most of the time low and view from balcony/indoors shows woods and mountain peaks (see pictures)
