Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment has an entrance area with a small checkroom. This leads into the hallway. Here is also the kitchen and a small seating area (folding table + chairs) for eating. Adjacent to the hallway on the right is a storage room with a washing machine and a place to hang up laundry. To the left is a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. At the end of the corridor is the living room and bedroom. There is a large bed, a wardrobe for enough laundry, a couch and a TV.

Infrastructure

The apartment is relatively centrally located. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center. By public transport approx. 15 minutes. A cycle path also leads directly to the city center but also to the Danube Island. Overall, the apartment is very well connected, as not only the U6 is just around the corner, but also the U4 nearby (approx. 6 minutes on foot).
There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
With the Danube Island and the Augarten, you also have recreational opportunities not far away.

The general Viennese house rules apply (no noise after 22:00 and before 07:00). Please keep the apartment in good condition.
