Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment offers two fully furnished rooms for living and sleeping, each with a workstation (WLAN), a couch and a TV. An additional dining room for 6 people is available. In the kitchen there is a breakfast area with a lovely view. All rooms can be accessed separately via an anteroom with wardrobe.
From both living rooms and from the kitchen, doors lead directly to the large balcony, which offers wonderful views over the rooftops. There is also a large closet space. It also serves as an ironing room and anteroom for separate bathroom and toilet. If necessary, items can also be temporarily stored in the clean, dry basement compartment.

The apartment is located on the pedestrian zone Favoritenstraße in the immediate vicinity of the main train station. You can stroll there, shop or stop off in one of the nice restaurants on Columbusplatz, eat outside in their guest gardens. A little further on you will find the historic Viktor Adler Market. The garden of Belvedere Palace and the Schweizergarten are within walking distance. You can get to the city in 15 minutes with the U1 or by bike in 20 minutes, because the cycle path leads past the house. Opposite is the new "Landgutviertel" with public playgrounds, sports fields, school, kindergarten and restaurants.
The main train station can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. You will find a large covered shopping center with long opening hours. Trains, trams and buses for local and regional transport for the whole of Austria start there, and you can also go directly to the airport by train in about 30 minutes.

We ask you to behave in a friendly, calm manner towards our neighbours. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
