New apartment, 10 min. walk to the city center

The entrance to the 72m2 very cozy 2-storey apartment is at ground level, directly from the street. It is partly furnished with art nouveau furniture. The lower floor with kitchen-living room, sofa, TV, small bar with bar stools, 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower, extra WC is also suitable for disabled persons. A staircase leads to the gallery with armchairs and bookshelves, second bedroom (2 beds) with its own WC.

The apartment has its own separate entrance from the house, so privacy is guaranteed. The key is stored in a key safe which can be opened with a code.

Nous parlons français... e anche un po italiano. I'll try to be available the whole time of your stay via mobile phone to help you and give advises and tipps for vienna, if you want to.

I will try to be available at any time at least by phone. A large part of the family lives in the house (entrance next door). There are also contact persons there if necessary.

I live over 50 years in this beautiful city, Vienna! Since generations we owe an old apartment building, built in 1889, in which almost my whole family lives. As you can already guess I am a big family person and love spending time with my 3 children or my 4 grand children!

Because I have many foreign friends and I`m also capable of speaking 4 different languages, I decided to open my house for interested visitors, who would like to experience Vienna. That is why we`ve completely renovated one of our apartments and are now ready to welcome you!

All family members in the house speak English and French, some also Italian.
Parking, garage: For guests arriving by car:
The Beatrixgasse is a short-term parking zone Monday through Friday from 9 am to 10 pm. 2 euros per hour. At weekends there is always a free parking space. There are several garages in the area: costs approx. 3.60 Euro -3.80 /hour or approx. 30 Euro/day. There is also a garage nearby which costs only 6€/day.

For those who are coming by car: From Monday till Friday you have to pay parking taxes in the Beatrixgasse from 9am- 10pm: 2 Euro /h. On weekends you can, normally, find a parking place (free). During the week it is'nt sure. There parking garages nearby: 29 Euro-34 Euro/day. (3.60 -3.80 Euro/h). There is one garage for just 6€/ day not
