The apartment has a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (carpenter fitted kitchen: oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso Tabs coffee machine, and an initial set of cleaning utensils.
In the living area there is a corner sofa that can be pulled out and thus offers another sleeping possibility. There is also a dining table with bar stool, a coffee table, carpet and a TV.
The bedroom has a very spacious built-in wardrobe and a large, comfortable box spring bed (180x200), including 2 cushions, 2 duvets and bed linen.
The bedroom leads to the bathroom, in which there is a new washing machine, hair dryer, towels, soap dispenser, laundry basket, bath mats and an initial supply of hygiene utensils. The toilet is accessible separately from the hallway and is equipped with a sink, mirror, mat and a first supply of hygiene utensils.
The storage room offers enough space for household appliances and furniture that are also provided, such as: drying rack, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, mop with bucket, iron and ironing board.
All windows and balcony doors are equipped with electronic external blinds. You can use the intercom to welcome the visit in advance by video.
