All cultural sights and attractions, including the Festival Halls, the Cathedral, the Museum “Carolino Augusteum”, the “Festung Hohensalzburg” and the Museum of Natural History can be reached within a 10-15 minute foot walk along a busy street with a lot of shopping opportunities. Very close to the studio, You will be able to find numerous cafes, restaurants, including the famous winning with best ratings in the Gault Millau and Micheline "Restaurant Riedenburg", the oldest beer brewery in the city of Salzburg, founded in the year 1492, called “Stiegl´s Brauwelt”, is situated only some minutes of foot walk from the studio. The studio is on the 5th - the top level - of a newly renovated and well maintained complex building, where owners are definitely seeing after high living quality and avoiding noises of any kind. The accommodation offers a secluded balcony, and the living-sleeping area gives You an unparalleled view of the countryside to the “Mountains of the City of Salzburg: the Unterberg, the Kapuzinerberg, the Rainberg and the Mönchsberg” (photos from the surrounding scenery and parts of the city were taken from the loccia as well as from inside the living room. In a bright, modern colonial style with furniture, a comfortable couch facing the fireplace, and with attention to detail furnished living area You will be able to end up an exciting day of sightseeing or a busy working day with a welcoming glass of wine. A double bed (160/200) then invites for a good night's sleep in a nice, quiet environment.
