This cozy apartment is located in a 6-unit building with quiet residents. The heart of this apartment is the kitchen-living room. From simple dishes to great menus, thanks to the equipment (food processor, hand blender, various small appliances, Jura coffee machine, blender, juicer, kettle), everything can be cooked (herbs to pick in the garden) and baked in the new kitchen. You can enjoy an espresso in a relaxed manner from the bar. In the adjacent dining area you can eat comfortably, play games, or entertain guests (extendable table). You can work relaxed at the desk in the pre-installed office (Wi-Fi available, as well as a printer, screen and docking station, dimmable lamp included). In the living room with a pull-out couch and sleeping function for 1-2 people (flat screen and cable TV, PS4 and games, board games, internet radio) you can relax and sleep wonderfully. Things get more relaxed in the second bedroom for 2 people (large and small closet, 2 chests of drawers, battery-operated bedside lamps).
