A grocery store (MPreis) is located in the neighboring building and a large shopping center (DEZ) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There are also a number of catering establishments in the area (pastry shops, restaurants, cafés).
Numerous bus connections take you to the center (10 minutes), the train station (10 minutes), the main university (15 minutes) or to local recreation areas (such as the "Baggersee Rossau" bathing lake, the "Nordkette" hiking areas, etc.). All paths can also be taken very well by bike.
A sports field with a wide variety of options (beach volleyball, basketball, table tennis and much more) is located in the large park area on the west side of the residential complex (direct access).
