Our apartment is located in the beautiful, green district of Leopoldskron and is 10 minutes away from the old town (Festspielhaus) by bus and about 15 minutes on foot.
The local recreation areas Leopoldskroner Weiher (11 min), Mönchsberg (15 min) and Leopoldskroner Freibad (5 min) are within a short walking distance.
The infrastructure around the apartment is very good: shopping facilities are within walking distance - Spar Rama in Riedenburg (9 min) Billa Moosstraße (12 min) and bus connections (11, 21, 22, 23) can be reached in 1-2 min. In front of the house there are free short-term parking zones (up to 3 hours with parking meter); if required, a garage space can also be requested.

No noise at the legally permitted times. After 10 pm on weekdays and all day on Sundays and public holidays.
