Waste separation is practised in the containers provided for this purpose at the car park.
There are a few children living in the house. We all have a very friendly and tolerant, but also respectful and considerate attitude towards each other.

In order to provide the owner as well as the house community with a proper introduction to the new resident, I ask for a description as detailed as possible of the person and purpose of the tenancy. You may be able to benefit from my time in the kitchen. :) This leaves plenty of space for tenants to live, even when I am on site.
As a certified tour guide in my spare time, I can not only provide living space, but also share regional everyday culture and give a few tips. Cleaning, shopping, and laundry services can also be outsourced if necessary, and there may be various carpooling opportunities.
