This sweet penthouse apartment has been recently refurnished and offers a stylish and quiet ambience with a view of the Gloriette of Schönbrunn Palace. Due to the location in the attic it is nice and bright, the small terrace extends the feeling of space and invites you to relax on warm days. We as hosts have thought of everything in the equipment and are happy if your stay will be as easy and stress-free as possible.

A public parking garage is located about 5 minutes away from the accommodation. For loading and unloading you can also park on the street - but here you need a parking ticket.

Legal registration
Please fill out the registration form. If you have already completed it digitally in advance, you don't need to do anything further.
Smoking
If you want to smoke, please do so exclusively on the terrace.
Useful items
In the basket in the living room, you will find candles, a power strip, and a fleece blanket.
Watering the plants
If you are staying with us for more than 1 week, please be so kind and give the green resident on the terrace approximately 1 liter of water once a week (twice a week in summer), so that it can continue to delight you with its liveliness.
Bedding
You can find spare bedding and towels in the closet, as well as a clothes rack and ironing accessories.
Laundry
A user manual for the washing machine is located on the washing machine.
Trash
In Vienna, residual waste and all types of plastic including cans are separated, which is why there are 2 trash cans. I would appreciate it if you are also willing to support the environment.
Coffee preparation
The French press coffee maker works by adding 6-8 heaping teaspoons to the carafe for a full pot, pouring in boiling water, and then gently and slowly pressing down the wooden knob after 4 minutes.
