House rules
Dear guests,
This penthouse flat is intended to be a second home to you. In order for this to always be possible, it is necessary that our guests accept and comply with the house rules.
With your booking you accept our house rules. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all fellow travellers also comply with the house rules.

General
1. all objects in the flat may be used by the tenant. We ask that you treat the furnishings and equipment of the flat with consideration.
2. we ask and are very grateful if you wear slippers in the flat and take off your street shoes in the entrance area.
3. sports equipment and the like (e.g. skis) may not be left in the flat. Please leave them in the cellar. 4.
4. all furniture of the interior furnishings may not be brought into the outside area or moved. Rearrangement of furniture is not permitted in any way.
5. settings on the heating or electronic devices in the flat may not be changed or reprogrammed without prior consultation with the landlord.
6. necessary cleaning of the flat during the stay is not replaced by the final cleaning included in the price. Everything that is needed for a usual cleaning is available and should be used.
7. should a mishap occur (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately.
8. an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper and kitchen roll is available.
9. in case of immediately necessary repairs it may be indispensable that the landlord enters the flat without the guest's knowledge (domiciliary right).
10. smoking is not allowed in the whole house. Please go to the terrace or garden area and use an ashtray.Completely cooled down cigarette remains will be disposed of in the residual waste. If there are burn marks or holes, the tenant will of course bear the costs of repair and report this damage immediately.
11. Please ensure that the rooms are sufficiently ventilated to prevent the formation of mould and odours (at least once a day for 5-10 minutes).
12. During the agreed rental period, you assume responsibility for the rented flat.Always close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the flat. We do not accept any liability in case of burglary or theft. 13.Please supervise children and ensure that the "little ones" also observe the house rules.We accept no liability for personal injury (parents are liable for their children).
14. The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s). 15.
15. pets are not allowed. (Only after consultation)
16. In the interest of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the public quiet hours such as midday, night and Sunday rest. General quiet hours are from 22:00 - 7:00.
17. For the sake of the environment, water and electricity resources must be used sparingly.
18. The terrace awning must be retracted and the windows closed in the event of a hairdryer or strong wind.
Kitchen
1. crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. may only be returned to their storage places when they are clean and dry. 2.
Hot items such as pots and pans should only ever be placed on tables and worktops with coasters. 3.
3. use a kitchen board as a base for cutting and chopping food.4. we ask you to leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.Cleaning products are also available for the oven.
Parking
1. parking is possible in the double garage or on the adjacent street (subject to charges).
2. the landlord assumes no liability for the vehicle parked in the double garage and its contents.
Internet/WLAN
1. you can use the WLAN connection provided by us with your end devices free of charge. The valid WLAN code will be provided to you.

2. the tenant always uses the internet at his own risk. The landlord assumes no liability for any activities of the tenant on the net.
Damages
1. if something gets broken or damaged, please inform us immediately and not at the time of departure. We cannot accept defects discovered after departure.
2. the tenant is liable for major damage to the equipment. All other minor damage, such as broken glass or similar, will be covered by us, unless several items are damaged. Please let us know if anything is broken.
Charges for non-observance
1. if the house is left in an exceptionally untidy condition, we charge 30 Euro for each additional cleaning hour.
2. if more guests sleep in the flat than originally stated in the booking, the deposit will be retained in full.
3. if guests prevent the cleaners from doing their work due to their stay, 50 euros will be charged for the delay. This fee also applies for each additional hour of delay in departure. This fee does not apply if a late check-out has been agreed in advance.
Disposal
1. waste must be carefully separated. For disposal, please dispose of residual waste, organic waste, paper, glass and plastic packaging separately (waste bins in the entrance area, plastic packaging in yellow bag).
2. never throw food leftovers, waste or hygiene products down the toilet or other drains. 3.
3. please only use rubbish bins and cosmetics bins in the bathroom with rubbish bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin.
Departure
Please leave the flat in a tidy condition, this includes:
- Empty the fridge and wipe it dry
- Clean the dishes and put them back in the dry place.
- Dispose of remaining food
- If necessary, clean the oven and microwave.
- Dispose of household rubbish in the designated rubbish bins.
- Please leave the house swept clean
- Please check that all windows and doors are closed.
