This charming one-room flat has recently been completely refurbished and offers you the highest level of living comfort. It is modernly furnished and has a brand new bathroom, a stylish kitchen and a cosy living room with high-quality furniture.

The flat is sunny and flooded with light thanks to the large windows. Thanks to its central location, you can reach supermarkets, public transport and the train station in just a few minutes on foot. Nevertheless, the flat is pleasantly quiet as it is located in a side street.

My personal favourite spot is the cosy couch - ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in Salzburg.

The flat boasts an excellent infrastructure. There is a bus stop right outside the front door, offering fast connections to all parts of the city. The nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, and there is another market for daily needs in the immediate vicinity.

The main railway station is a 3-minute walk away and offers connections to regional and long-distance trains. There is also a pharmacy within a short walking distance. For cyclists, the flat offers an ideal starting point: the well-developed cycle path to the centre is within easy reach and allows for a relaxed ride along the Salzach.

Quiet atmosphere: Please avoid loud noises, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, so as not to disturb the neighbours.
No parties or events: To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Shoe-free flat: Please enter the flat without shoes to maintain the condition of the newly renovated floors.
Non-smoking flat: Smoking is not permitted in the entire accommodation. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Careful handling: Treat the furniture and furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.
