Es überzeugt durch seine Nähe zum Stadtzentrum (Erster Bezirk/Schwedenplatz knappe 10min. ), zum Wiener Prater (5min.), zum Donaukanal (2min) (check out: "Herrmann Strandbar" und andere Strandlokale im Sommer!! ), und ist gut an die Infrastruktur angeschlossen. (U1 Nestroyplatz + U1 / U2 / Schnellbahn Praterstern ).

The apartment has 60sqm, is on the ground floor, has the special Viennese charm of the 19th century and has characteristic vaulted ceilings.

There are 2 bedrooms available to you: the larger one has a double bed (160cm), the smaller room facing the atrium has a junior bed (140cm). A beautiful, large living area with a new kitchen, a comfortable sofa (extendable and usable as a bed (140cm)), dining table, TV, etc. invite you to "stay at home"....
The bathroom is simple and beautiful and was renewed in 2019. The toilet is separate. The apartment is very bright and quiet!
Something for smart remote workers ;)

Within a short time, you can walk or take the U1 subway to the city centre, Stephansplatz, Kärntnerstraße and of course all the other important sights of the Austrian capital by changing trains.
