Directly opposite the apartment is a small shopping center with a grocery store (Interspar incl. Restaurant), hairdresser, tobacconist, drugstore (Bipa), a bank, a specialist paper shop and a fashion store.
Further grocery stores (Billa, Hofer, Penny), restaurants and cafes (pizzeria, Harley Cafe, bakery, ...) are only approx. 50 to 300 meters away.

The center of Klagenfurt and the capital's landmark, the "Lindwurm" is only 2.2 km away and can be easily reached by bus in a few minutes. A bus stop to the center is only 50 meters from the apartment.

The local recreation area with Lake Wörthersee and the promenade, the public lido, the Europapark with children's playground, Minimundus (The Little World at Lake Wörthersee), the planetarium and the reptile zoo with exotic animals are 4 km or approx. 5 minutes away by car. Enjoy the jump into the crystal clear water of the Wörthersee.
