The apartment is in a typical old Viennese building (Built in ~1900) with high ceilings, modernly renovated. Despite its size it feels quite spacious due to its good room layout. In Winter the heating comes from the floor which is creating a very pleasent atmosphere. If you like, you can also use the wood oven for an even cozier atmosphere. All important infrastructure is available and in walking distance: Subway, Fast train, trams, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy / hospital, Palace of Schönbrunn, a big nice park, very bike friendly street towards the center. Two bikes can be locked in the green inner courtyard. The TV is a smart TV and cannot receive traditional TV stations.
