Descripiton of accommodation

The maisonette apartment is located on the 5½th floor. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor; the rest must be reached on foot.
Despite its central location, it is very quiet.

The lower level has access to the terrace (80 m², beautifully planted with an irrigation system, and a pergola with a dining table. There is also the kitchen with an open dining area, the living room and a small bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs are bedrooms 1 and 2, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. From the studio, you can access the flat roof, which offers a wonderful panoramic view over all of Vienna, from St. Stephen’s Cathedral to the Ferris wheel and the Kahlenberg.

Each of the two bedrooms has the basics (bed, desk, wardrobe). The kitchen, dining room, living room, both bathrooms, and the terrace can be shared.
