The small oasis of well-being in an absolute courtyard and quiet location is very suitable for enjoying a temporary home in a cosy atmosphere. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and impresses with its old building charm, which is completed by the newly laid herringbone parquet flooring and the Mediterranean bathroom. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher) and offers space for a cozy dining area. The focal point of the apartment is the cozy living/sleeping area, where you can unwind. The vestibule leads to the cozy bathroom, the highlight of the apartment, high-quality tiled, with corner bathtub and washing machine connection, of course also with a window to the courtyard!
