Reach the heart of Vienna within 16-min walk

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
2. No shoes inside the home.*
3. No smoking inside the building, no smoking inside the flat.*
4. No drugs and no illegal substances inside the building & inside the flat.*
5. No parties or events.*
6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 2 people. No additional, unregistered sleep over guests allowed. *
7. Quiet time after 9 p.m.*
8. No eating or drinking in living room and bedroom. Please enjoy your meal in the kitchen.
9. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
10. No pets allowed.*
11. Do not rearrange the furniture.
12. This is not a hotel, it is my private home when I stay in Vienna, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Careful usage of items and property.
13. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
14. Access to all rooms, except the small broom closet. Storage space for you is available in kitchen and bedroom, each with one big cupboard / wardrobe
15. No usage go private belongings, expect provided in kitchen and bathroom (cooking items, Wi-Fi connection)
16. Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
17. Ecological use of electricity and water. Our mission is to keep our ecological footprint small.
18. Doing your laundry is allowed once a week.
19. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to kurzzeitmiete.*
20. No use of balcony allowed during winter (November-April). Children not allowed alone on the balcony. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.
21. Separate garbage into paper and general trash. Throw out garbage into the big dustbins in courtyard. The courtyard is around the corner (in Pfeffergasse), open door with same key as for the entrance door of the building. Black dustbin is for general trash, green dustbin is for paper.
22. Wash the dishes, do general cleaning and throw out the garbage before checkout.
23. Key handover takes place in person for check in and check out. The host checks if all belongings in the flat are in place.
24. Check-in is until 6 PM and check-out at 12 AM.
25. Communicate promptly with the Host if issues come up.*

*If guests violate rules,
GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Kurzzeitmiete
-Theft will be billed to the guest and reported to Kurzzeitmiete
- Replacement fee for lost key:100 €
- Excessive dirt when checking out which requires intensive cleaning exceeding the cleaning fee: 40€ extra
- Security deposit: will be returned when no breaks, damages or excessive dirt are found at property when checking out. Penalty payments will be deducted from deposit.
