Room in Shared Living Apartment with its own bathroom and toilet

The room is relatively quiet and has two windows, which provide good ventilation during the hot summer.
It's important to mention that I usually have my mattress on the loft bed and sleep there, but there is also a pull-out sofa that can be used as an alternative.
From morning until afternoon, the room is very bright and receives plenty of sunlight through the window.
The room is not a pass-through room, so you can easily retreat and have privacy.

Location:
Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Graz, right next to the city park. There is a supermarket just 50 meters away from the front door. The city center, Technical University, and Karl-Franzens University are easily accessible on foot.

Shared living:
We have three very nice roommates, although they are not around as much during the summer. :) In our living room, there is a large couch for relaxation.
