Descripiton of accommodation

Since we will be staying abroad for a long time because of a project, we are renting out our classic clapboard house for the summer months.
The house is in Au in the Bregenzerwald and is fully furnished with high-quality, partly antique furniture.
The house was built in the 50s and has not been renovated (apart from maintenance), which gives it a special rustic charm. All floors made of creaky solid wood and some of them
handmade box windows, paneled fireplace room.
It has two bedrooms with double beds, with a folding couch in the lounge and two available extra beds, it can comfortably accommodate eight people.
An electrically heated Finnish sauna with four seats is on the first floor.
There is a large, very flowery garden with a small pond in front of the house.

- Tiled stove in the living room
- Wood burning stove in the kitchen plus electric hob/oven
- Dishwasher
- Washer and dryer
- Two bathrooms/toilets (one with bathtub)
- Hot water in both bathrooms and kitchen
- Running water in the house from our own mountain spring (laboratory tested annually - excellent!)
-Master bedroom with air conditioning

In the area there is pretty much everything you could want from a stay in the Alps, bathing lakes, swimming pools, hiking trails, gondolas, bike parks, restaurants and so on.
The Lindau thermal baths are an hour's drive away and are highly recommended!

We are looking for trustworthy couples, preferably with children for at least three or four months. No rental for commercial purposes or as a party cabin.

1400€ per month basic rent + electricity costs
