Situated in Vienna's 7th district, the apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, a generously sized bedroom with a dedicated office corner, and a second, smaller bedroom. This makes it an excellent choice for two people who appreciate their own space. A practical walk-in storage room provides ample room for luggage and household items, and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer – keeping their noise well away from the living area.

The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine and a large fridge-freezer.
