Descripiton of accommodation

The flat is light filled (3rd floor!) and includes a large combined Living Room/Dining room, a Bedroom with a queen+sized bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet (with a window). The living room area includes a large TV set and sports a comfortable sofa and two seats. A separate desk in the bedroom offers a quite space for working, in addition to the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a larger fridge/freezer set and invites you to prepare your own homecooked meals, which you can then enjoy at the dining table that is sizeable enough to host friends or colleagues. The washing machine is located in the bathroom; an ironing board and iron are also available.

Across the flat, there is plenty of storage space for your things. And while the flat is best suited for occupancy by singles or couples, the sofa in the Living Room can be unfolded to accomodate a guest. WiFi is of course available in the whole apartment. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift).
