Spacious three-room flat close to the centre in a quiet area

The cosy three-room flat is located on the first floor of a small residential unit (6 other parties) in the villa district of Aigen/Parsch surrounded by old trees and set back from the street and therefore extremely quiet. All rooms incl. bathroom, WC and kitchen are accessible from the anteroom. The large main loggia facing south is partially covered, the second bedroom with sofa bed for two children or one adult has its own loggia. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. The private parking space directly in front of the house offers sufficient parking space for all house residents. In the bicycle room there are two bicycles at your free disposal, which, however, are not serviced by the landlord during your stay. We therefore ask you to treat the bicycles with care.

Despite the fact that the accommodation is located in a very safe neighbourhood, the flat is secured with an alarm system. The historic old town with all its sights can be reached in ten minutes by walking along the Salzach river.
