The apartment is located at Döblinger Gürtel, only 4 minutes walking distance from Nußdorfer Straße and 15 minutes walking distance from Vienna Volksoper. The apartment is strategically located just off the Döblinger Gürtel street, where tram line 1 and D runs pass, allowing guests with direct access to the city centre. The Spittelau Train Station is also very well reachable from the apartment with regional train connections and two metro lines, making this location perfectly accessible and ideal to visit around Vienna.

Our guests will find a range of restaurants, cafes and bars all around the apartment. Our nearby favourites include Restaurant Fischerbräu, an Austrian restaurant just six minutes away from the apartment, offering cosy indoor and outdoor seating. Blueorange is another stop for breakfast with its tasty bagels or the feel of having coffee, which is reachable in eleven minutes by walk. For a fancy dinner or brunch experience, cross the Danube Canal and board the Motto am Fluss – a restaurant on a boat right on the Danube Canal. For more traditional Austrian dishes, head on over to the famous Schweizerhaus near the Prater amusement park – a large beer garden, well-known for its excellent Stelze (knuckle of pork). A perfect sunset is best experienced with a glass of wine from the Loft Bar & Lounge on the uppermost floor of the Sofitel Hotel on the Danube Canal.
