The living room has a well-equipped fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer) with a breakfast bar, a comfortable 140x200 bed, which can also be used as chill-out furniture with a bedspread and pillows! In front of the window front are 2 armchairs with a round table, there is living room furniture, a TV, and of course an internet connection. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun in the small loggia. The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils (cookware and tableware, kettle, mocha pot, etc.). The apartment also has a basement storage room on the same floor. On this floor there is also a dryer, which is shared by two parties.
