Perfectly located between Munich and Salzburg, directly at the Hochfelln ski lift, 15 minutes to Chiemsee, only half an hour to Salzburg center by car or regional train. You rent your own apartment, fully equipped, ready to go. Looking for reliable, preferably female, adult tenant, non-smoker, who will treat my apartment and equipment as well as my neighbors with care in the time of my absence. :)
