Studio Apartment in Vienna

With 36 m2 our airy studio is spacious: And with its high ceiling the apartment feels large and inviting.
The appartment is perfectly divided into 4 separate rooms: The well equipped kitchen with a large window, the convenient utility room with a washing machine, the well thought bath with bathtub and toilet and the light sleeping/living room facing our communual garden, an oasis of peace.
In the entrance you will find plenty of storage in a cabinet installation. We equipped our apartment with all necessary comfort, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. We try to keep it clean and tidy.
An elevator takes your suitcases as well as your groceries to the 2nd floor. Fresh towels and cotton linen are naturally provided!
The charming historical building - built around 1900 - has recently been renovated to a high standard: Underfloor heating keeps our studio warm and cozy in winter and also most of the things inside our home including windows, floors, kitchen, bath and more are as good as new.
After a long day of sightseeing you will certainly enjoy a good sleep on high quality mattresses in a super king sized bed. Hard to believe but no exaggeration: You can sleep undisturbed with open windows - and a fresh breeze due to the cross ventilation for a maximum of airflow and freshness - allthough you are in the heart of our capital, because our studio faces our inner communual garden.
