Descripiton of accommodation

The elevator takes you to the 4th floor of this magnificent, renovated old building. You come into the small anteroom where the washing machine is and where you can put everything away. Your closet is also here. On the left is your shower room with toilet. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen - with window! Straight ahead is your cozy space with a pull-out bed, sofa bed and work area. Your view goes to the trees and roofs of the city. You have two more shelves and a chest of drawers to store everything you need. The WiFi is stable and fast. On cold days you can keep the apartment nice and warm with the gas heater.

The Stuwerviertel has everything - within walking distance. Hip restaurants like Mochi, das Stuwer and a Ramenbar. A green market with a bakery, 3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies and doctors. Plus subways, busses, SBahn and trams. You can reach the Danube and the Prater by bike or on foot in just a few minutes. From Praterstern you can also go directly to the airport or the city.

House rules

The common rules apply, such as quiet times, no smoking, no parties, no loud music. Also please restrain from bringing other people to the flat unless you know them well. Smoking in the flat with lead to the fact that you only get back half of your deposit. If you lose the keys I will use the deposit to have the locking system renewed. It's a very expensive safety lock.
