Descripiton of accommodation

The 50m2 apartment has a spacious living and dining area, which can also be used as a workplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, various cooking utensils such as pots, pans...). The bedroom including the wardrobe is in a separate room, the brick wall gives the room a special charm. The living room has a comfortable couch (with TV) that can be pulled out. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

You can rent an underground parking space if required (20€/day). A deposit of €150 is required for the garage opener. Of course you will get this back. To reserve, just send a short message after booking :)

For security reasons, the apartment windows cannot be opened. There is a ventilation system that supplies the apartment with fresh air.
