Beautiful, stylish 2 room apartment with a view of the outdoors and trees in a wide courtyard.

In the entrance area there is a small wardrobe as well as the bright kitchen with a bar for four people and a view of the greenery. Large refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen ends in the spacious living room in which there is an easy-to-fold, very comfortable sofa bed (160x200) and a pull-out reading chair. The LED TV (Smart TV with Netflix) can be moved in all directions on a rolling rule. The view through both high, bright windows leads to the quiet Helblinggasse (afternoon sun), in front of it is the dining table with 6 chairs. Due to the many, high, white shelves, there is plenty of space for storing items, as well as a wardrobe. A music system with Bluetooth reception allows you to listen to radio and music. Along the corridor is the shower room with large mirror, washing machine and toilet.

In the separate bedroom, you can access the cozy double bunk bed via wooden stairs, from which you have a view of the quiet courtyard and enjoy the morning light (east orientation). Below the bunk bed is a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a work area with fold-out table, shelves and swivel chair.
