Descripiton of accommodation

The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor. However, the apartment itself is located one floor higher in the attic. Once there, the apartment is divided into an area on the right (west) side and one on the left (east) side.

On the right-hand side, there is an entrance hall with a small closet and a toilet. The entrance hall is directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher. The refrigerator is freestanding. The coffee machine is an espresso maker). The kitchen opens onto the dining room (as can be seen in the pictures below). The dining room (16m²) connects to the large living room (41m²). There is no door between these two rooms either. The living room leads onto the balcony terrace. This is 4 m wide and almost 2.5 m deep – very cozy for sitting together. The entrance hall can also be accessed from the living room. Furthermore, the right side has a bedroom (14m²) with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The left side of the apartment faces the Gaisberg. It consists of an entrance hall with storage room and toilet. From the entrance hall, you can access the bedroom (22m²) with an African double bed and the bathroom (6m² with bathtub).

The old town is a 20-minute walk away. By bike, it takes less than 10 minutes. The Gaisberg mountain is ideal for hiking in the countryside.
