We are renting out the UHU Loft under a sublease agreement from May 15, 2025, until October 2025. Under particularly suitable circumstances, an extension of the rental period may be possible.

Above the sauna and the entrance/wardrobe area, stairs lead to a second level, which can also be used for relaxing or sleeping.
The fully equipped open kitchen can double as a bar. A large gas stove, a spacious oven, two refrigerators, and a large oak counter used as a work surface enhance the joy of cooking.
Our bathrooms are also designed with Moroccan tiles.
The larger bathroom features a shower and an extra-large bathtub, often praised by our guests as the most beautiful bathroom in the city.
An integrated sound system, a record player, and a large vinyl collection are also at your disposal.
A particular highlight is the spacious, luxurious sauna — please note that electricity costs are billed separately. The tenant will be responsible for the actual electricity costs; meter readings will be taken at the start and end of the lease.
