House rules

Hello, we are Laura & Tom, the owners of this apartment—it is our home for six months of the year, and the rest of the time we spend in Tom's home, New Zealand. We love this place and hope you enjoy it just as much.

Here is a few things we'd like you to be mindful about:
- No smoking inside.
- No parties.
- No shoes inside on the wooden floors, please kindly take them off right at the entrance.
- Water the plants regularly. If you don't have a green thumb and / or don't want to take care of them please let us know and we will organise that someone will come to take care of them.

Further information

In October, small painting work needs to be done in the kitchen and bathroom. We would be happy if the apartment doesn’t have to remain vacant during this time, so we are offering it at a discounted price for that month.

Please let us know in advance if it’s not a problem for you to have contractors come into the apartment for the painting work (we expect it to take 1 or 2 days). The organization will, of course, be handled by us.
